I know that diet can change the density of the stuff and some semen that is more trasnsparent may appear to be a differant colour.
Also the amount of time between ejaculations can contribute to the amount produced and density, as can the size and how warm the testicles are. I can only imagine that this may contribute to fractional differant colours but I have never spent enough time looking at or studying the stuff to have come to any definate conclusion.

Genetics MIGHT have a play in it. Diet MAY also be a contributor. Don't know.
