Technically speaking your periods stop when you're on the pill and pregnant but some women who aren't on the pill have a light bleed in their first month of pregnancy and this is more likely to happen with women on the pill so if you're unsure it's best to be safe and do a test or have a chat with your doctor. Hope this helps!

A friend of mine was on the pill, she still bled and she didnt realise that she was pergnant till she gave birth.
BUT to be sure all I can suggest is to go to the docs, explain that you are on the pill and that yopu think you might be pregnant, I am sure they will have ways of findng out for you.

copy and paste that in to your address box and I am sure it might answer any questions you have.
But I will say again, go to your doctor if you cant face that then try your local family planning clinic.
Good luck
