 You know how you're feeling when he calls you sis, well that's how he was feeling when you called him brother.
How do you get him back? Talk to him and tell him you want him back. See how he responds. It may not be possible, but he may still have feelings for you too.
Why did you push him away? It's not nice to play with people's emotions like this. I'd personally tell him not to get back with you because you had your shot and it failed. Usually that means it will fail again. You can't turn back time.
