After a while I get dry and have to finish him off with my mouth. It's very frustrating for him and me. I know the condoms are the problem because I let him go once without it and it wasn't even 2 minutes before he had to pull out and cum.Is there a different position we could try to improve things or is there maybe a brand of condoms that will give him more sensation? I'm willing to try anything.

Tell your boy friend to get a lubrication of choice. Before placing the condom on, he needs to take a drop or two of the lubricant, and apply them to the interior tip of the condom resevior. This will give him the feeling of not wearing a condom because it will allow the condom to messuage his penis just as it would your interior. You might also use that same lub on the exterior of the condom to prevent pre-mature dryness. ........ Good luck.

so why don't you want to do the pill? or any different kind of birth control method? i'm on the IUD and i love it! i don't have to worry about pregnancy for up to 5 years! and i never get my period and my boyfriend isn't insecure that i'm protected. because there is a couple strands that he feels and it's evident that i'm still on birth control.
