I'm guessing that your the virgin and now you've finally found the right person. Well first it doesn't always hurt, especially for older women. They hymen may not still be there, seeing as you've probably had examinations, jumped about and done lots of physical things that could break it. Being in love with someone, taking things slow, being very relaxed all these type of things will help. It dosen't always hurt for everyone.
The more foreplay you have, the more you are relaxed and the more you are in love, all these things help decrease the pain. A little alcohol if you drink, also helps. Ask your partner to go slowly and learn to trust him. If you know he is kind and you trust him then your body won't tighten up so much. Most of the pain comes because women get nervous and tighten because they are doing something new. If you are not frightened, but sexually turned on and excited to have sex, then any pain won't be enough to stop the pleasure.
A bath afterwards helps with any soreness. If your partner is not a virgin, and hasn't been tested, please wear a condom. If you are thinking about marriage, and you are afraid of the wedding night, then many couples find that it is easier to leave sex until the following day, after the excitement of the wedding has passed.
Just some suggestions, but it's difficult because I don't know your circumstances and every woman and situation is different. Try some masturbation, if it's not against your beliefs, this will help you to get to know your body and know what makes it feel good..
As I said, not really enough information to provide good advice, but I hope some of these suggestions will help.
PS: Get the guy to kiss you whilst your having sex, again hopefully this will act as a painkiller if you are finding things difficult.
