I kinda thinks he still has feelings for me too he always flirts with me, and texts me. But I just need to know how to tell him that I still love him, without making stuff awkward between us if he doesn't still have those feelings.

Telling someone that you love him/her doesn't have to be awkward or put you in a vulnerable position. In fact, there is a lot of power to be had in being able to express your feelings. If you do love him, tell him but also make sure you let him know that you can perfectly turn away from him if he doesn't love you back.
Hope this helps somehow and good luck!

Sweetie, he's your ex. Don't say it, you're setting yourself up for a lot of pain. If he really has feelings for you, then he would show it and he wouldn't be your ex. Don't make the mistake of trying to get an ex back. You'll only end up hurt even more.
