You're not really supposed to see any signs after such a short time, maybe later you might see a change in your period pattern...
It is recommended that you wait for at least 7days after you have started taking the pill before you start having unprotected sex.

You wont notice anything at all, the pill has no obvious effects externally so dont worry - you wont see any signs!
As long as you take your pill the same time each day, and are not taking any antibiotics, and are not experiencing any sickness etc then your pill will be working fine. After 3 days you wont be covered to have unprotected sex though as it is not in your system properly. See the booklet in your packet of pills for reference to how long it will be before it starts covering you 100%.
Generally, the pill should not have any effects on you at all apart from the obvious contraceptive effect. If you do experience any negative effects then see your doctor who will be able to recommend an alternative type of pill or contraception that will suit you better.
