 Well...sorry to break it to you, hun, but you can't tell. Guys keep things bottled inside. But,(not trying to be mean)but it sounds like he's screwing with your emotions. But you can get an idea of if he likes you eitherfrom resources: your friends tell you what he says when they talk about you. OR you could straight up ask him? Either or your choice. Good Luck! :)
