If he takes too long to call back, text back, or if I feel he is acting funny I begin to nag. I hate this about myself. I did it again today and I realize I do not trust him not to leave me again. How can I talk to him about it? Should I do it face to face? I am very bad at having serious conversations, but I want to be open and very honest without being nervous. Any advice? Thanks.

What are you attempting to reconcile? It sounds like he has already made up his mind with his actions. Be careful so as not to allow yourself to get strung along and have your sympathies taken advantage of.
What would be your objective in any conversation with this guy?
