 I would stay clear from sneaking out to see her or anything - tempting though that might be, it will make your situation even worse. Show them how responsible you are at home, by not breaking the rules and going the extra mile. Write your girlfriend letters in the mail to keep things romantic (and to show your parents how into this girl you really are).
Remind your parents how much you care for and respect your girlfriend. Let them know that you don't have any intentions of going any further and that they can trust you.
