How can I talk her into having sex with me again after all these years?

Hi, when I was 9 me and my first cousin who was 11 and a girl, had sex. This lasted for like two years, until my parents broke up and I moved away. Me and her still talk sometimes, but we never talk about what happened back then... but we haven't really seen each other since then.. now I am 22 and I am planning on seeing her in a couple months.. but I was thinking what are the chances of us having sex again when we see each other, neither of us are currently in a relationship. I really what to try and have sex with her again but don't want to force her into it if she doesn't want to but I want to let her know that I still like her.
