I try to ask myself what makes me angry; maybe it's my family or other people. What I want to know is if anyone ever felt this way ? and what did you do to stop feeling this way? Constant angry feelings could be a sign of depression. How else do you feel? What's going in your life right now that you feel motivated about or proud of?

I often find that I get angry INSTEAD of sad, because being angry is easier, so much easier - and hurts so much less. You should talk to your doctor because so many different things can cause an emotional imbalance. I feel angry randomly, without reason, or when something just sets me off. For instance, I was having a perfectly nice day, and then my boyfriend told me that he isn't going to be home for valentines day (i knew this months and months ago, i seemed to have figured it out before he did, so i came to terms with it yonks ago) and i threw a complete fit. I'm not even really upset. I already knew i wouldn't see him as I said, but i'm angry anyway, just because there is something to be angry about. I'm never physically angry, though thats how my anger makes me want to be. It makes me want to head butt people and punch and smash things up but I never do. And in the end I just cry. I'm seeing my doctor but we're not really sure what's going on with me and I refuse to go on mood stabilisers, but thats what was suggested to me so maybe you could talk to your GP about it? :)
As long as you don't over-react and freak out when you get angry, lash out, yell or hurt anybody (including yourself) your anger is relatively in check and that gives you time and calmness to figure out whats going on.
All the best.

No.
Angry at what? How does the anger feel? What does it make you want to do?
Maybe you just need a change of scene.
