if you loved her that much, you'd be patient and just be happy you have her in your life. my bf and i live in different cities. but its just a half hour away and we still dont see each other all the time. but we're not worried, just worry that we might nit be able to communicate as much, so we talk as much as we can. sometimes its good we're kinda far apart coz we get to have distance to miss each other terribly the next time we see each other. i knwo its hard and you guys are young. see how she feels , you guys need to talk, don't say break up just yet. see how she feels and both of you can find a solution to stop the way ur feeling.
