 the only way to get bigger breasts is to gain weight or get plastic surgery. You have what your genes gave you and there isn't anything you can do to make just your breasts grow.

The number (32) is the measurement around under your breasts. The cup size is a letter (A,B C D). For example if you are very small breasted you might be 32A. Dolly Parton would be a 34FF. An average not overweight woman with medium breasts would be 36B or 36C. As for increasing their size, I dont know if it is safe or not but I have heard of pills that contain high levels or Estrogen and within 3 months you can go up one or two sizes. I personally wouldn't take them but I know someone who took them and she said it worked for her. Try googling; it might be a snake oil sales gimmick
