writes: How can I stop thinking about sex? I have a sweet girlfriend. However, I keep thinking about sex whether or not she is around. I feel guilty to have such dirty thoughts every time I am around her. This desire always trigger without fail when we show intimacy towards each other. To be honest, I tried masturbation but it was just temporary relieve. What’s more is I keep fantasizing about her when I masturbate. This immoral conscience makes me feel like ‘I’m the worst’. How can I overcome this unsuppressed temptation? Am I addicted to sex?

Sex and masturbation are not immoral, so stop beating yourself up. You are not a monster for having desire for someone you seem to love and respect.
If sex is an option for you and her, talk to her about and see how she feels. You obviously want to have it. She may feel exactly the same way.
If she's not into sex, consider other things.
Acting out your desire on an unwilling participant is perverted, but having desire is not.

Too many men don't even fantasize about their own gilfriends. I wish my boyfriend thought dirty thoughts about me, but he'd rather think of a busty blonde when i'm not around.
