Go see a doctor. They will put you on a plan.. I did about two weeks ago and i have lost 10 pds already. Ask about B12 shots also when you go.

Hello love.I really think you do not need to lose weight. At your age you are still growing and developing, and you are at an average weight for someone your hight and age. Plus as you grow you will probably slim down very slightly anyway.If you want to tone up, or lose excess body fat, the only way to do it is to eat three healthy balanced meals a day, drink plenty of water and excersize regularly.Any diets, pills or extreme methods do not work, whatever the latest magazines say or your friends may say. You just have to eat healthily and exercise regularly to improve your figure, which to be honest with you, doesnt need to improve you are not overweight.I hope this helps you, Alice xx
