How can I lose weight?
Q. i really want to lose weight!! i am quite fat 10 stone at age 14 5ft2 or something like that. i really want to lose a couple of pounds. any ideas.. thanks :)...
A. 6 September 2008: Go see a doctor. They will put you on a plan.. I did about two weeks ago and i have lost 10 pds already. Ask about B12 shots also when you go.... (read in full...)
