writes: Is it neccessary to have a flat belly to make girls go "crazy" about me?? I haven't got flat stomach but I lose weight! Badly!! Whenever I hear a girl talking about boys, she sounds like this: "I want to have a boyfriend with six-pack stomach..." I feel really dissapointed of me... Tell me please some advice how can I lose weight and make my belly flat?? I really like to lose my fat belly, but there is a problem because I am too lazy!! I try to exercise for few days but I get bored, I have to study etc... Please help meee!:(

well, my sister and i decided to lose some weight, and i will tell ya, it is way more fun, and also easier when you have someone doing it with you that can keep you motivated... what we do, is we keep a journal, and set it up, so that it says: current weight:____, daily amount lost:__, total loss from start:____, goal weight:___ how much more to go:____. and then we list the exersizes we did for the day, how many we did, and our new daily goal (our weight goal, exersize goal) and what we ate. This sounds like a lot to keep track of, but when you are filling in the numbers, and you lost even one pound, it feels so great to be able to just put that you lost a pound, and watch the numbers go down.... and then when you go back, you can look at all the dates and see your progress... like my first day i started, i did 16 jumping jacks, and 3 min of running in place, now i am up to jumping jacks, killers, running on a track, sit ups, push ups.. but i didnt start that way... you need to find a start place and slowly add more and more things to it... if you stay motivated you can just watch those numbers go down.... here is a good site to find your BMI, and tells ya what the healthy ranges are:http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/

Six packs are the female equivalent to double Ds.
You fantasize about them, admire them in magazines, but it's more like a nice bonus than a requirement (unless you're shallow).
Personally, I prefer my boyfriend's firm (not rockhard) tummy and nice round bum to my ex's chiselled physique. He's more comfy and cuddly and still looks delicious.
But that's not your question. my answer to how can you lose your belly is this: Muay Thai or Tae Kwon Do. It's way more fun than crunches, and teaches you a good skill.
Plus, the ladies love a good turning kick.....okay maybe just this lady. _

ive only been with my bf for about a week, so havent done anymore than kiss yet, but i can tell you that he doesnt have a flat stomach and im still crazy about him!
me and my friends always talk about guys with six-packs and stuff but when it comes to getting a boyfriend we really couldnt care less :)
i know it can be difficult to exerice regularly as im exactly the same.. maybe you could just try doing some sit-ups while watching tv. its not really about how much you do, its just important that you do it everyday. or maybe you could start going to the gym with a friend? it always helps doing it with someone rather than by yourself.

Cardio will help you lose weight.......how intense its up to you and your doctor. AB exercises like crunches and sit ups will strengthen the muscles underneath the skin to give you that "flat" look. the more cardio/exercises you do the more you will getthat 'ripped' look. you can not do just one you need to do both. if you just do cardio you will lose weight but have a soft tummy, if you do abs with no cardio you will have strong muscles under a layer of fat:)
