How can I keep up my courage and not get emotional when arguing?

ello, ok so i got some bad things going on and they are really annoying me. I broke up with all my mates the ones i hang around with and they are saying alot of bad things and crap basiclally not gonna go in detail take too long. But tomorrow they want me 2 cum 2 da skool library and sort things out more like argue, and one ex mate is pissing me off, i can stick up for myself etc.. and am loud and speak up for myself when things appen but i can get emotinal quickly so how can i make things better and not get emotional when arguing, also this mate don't agree with meeting some were else. to sort things out really need help, i need tips to keep my courage.

Theres always alot of realtionship questions on here but I think its the ones involving friends that can be worse.

Mainly because they know you so well and know what to say to anger you or upset you.

You could avoid the situation all together and not go to the library. It depends on whether you feel they are still worthy of being your friends or not.

Whenever you feel overally aggressive or upset, take a deep breath and think carefully about what you are going to say, if it gets too much, walk away from the situation until you have calmed down.
