I agree Alexander Technique and The Feldenkrais Technique both very good, dance helps with posture.

Look for some classes in something called 'Alexander Technique'. This is exactly what it's for, and it works.

I used to walk like that, I used to have one of those haircuts shaped like a bowl. Everyone said I was a nice guy and funny and stuff but that's only when they got to know me. The people who didn't know me said I looked angry, ahteful, creepy and brooding. (mostly because I have dark skin and I never smiled, it's a long story)
Here's a few tips I used when to change the way I walk, it's going to take focus and a lot of time before it becomes instinct.
Walk as if you're holding a tennis ball between your shoulder blades, with your chest up and out (not too out otherwise it'll just look stupid).
