writes: well. my boyfriend is paranoid about his top-half.he's told me i'm the only girl (outside his family) to have seen him topless, because he hates it so much.he's had girlfriends before, but always left his top on.i want to go swimming with him, but he just won't go because of this paranoia.he has spots on his back and chest, as well as his face, due to a hormone imbalance. Plus, he thinks he's fat but he's gorgeous. Yeah, he has a bit of puppy-fat, but he knows i adore him being a bit squishy. It's hard to lay on a guy's chest when it's all skin and bone, right?i've tried to tell him that no-one there will see him again and no-one really cares anyway, but he just won't listen.i never see the spots on him, ever. i just see him for the gorgeous, handsome guy he is.i want him to stop being paranoid about his top half.How can i help him?

Theres no quick fix really. Just like women, men have their insecurities, even when they are gorgeous to us.
Just make sure he knows how great you think he looks and hopefully in time he will start to believe you.
