Morale: spirit or attitude. I don't think it is your morale that needs boosted, I think it's your self confidence. You need to assert yourself more and believe in yourself. Here are a couple of links to help you do this -

hi there, being shy has probably always been a part of you i guess from child hood! or if not may be a specific event has caused you to become shy? are you shy with other people? if so you need to take these steps slowly and try to socialise a bit more where you are comfortable. smile and look around you and watch other people communicating. but dont read into it too much! try to ease your selfconciousness and relax start small words of communication like hello, you may suprise yourself and end up having a great conversation. try not to let your selfconciousness get the better of you let go of it today!!
