A female United States age 41-50, anonymous writes:

How can I get over my friend? I am falling in love with my best friend.. we have been friends for 4 years and we talk all the time. The thing is that I am starting to have feelings for him, but he doesn't feel the same way. I am just not his type.. and he has told me that he only likes me as a friend. So, what can I do to get over him so I can still be a good friend who he can talk about anything without me getting jealous or anything. I feel like I will lose him if this keeps on.
