When People say "Just Relax", you can`t; in the same way that when people say "You can`t miss it" when giving directions, you know you will miss it!. Although it`s obvious to us, that you can`t "relax, hey, who cares", others are cool with it; maybe those laid-back people won`t get the score that YOU WILL. It is entirely natural to be nervous of exams & tests, as they are important. When you go in to the exam room, try not to look at other people (are they relaxed/confident etc), and just focus on YOU. YOU have studied hard, YOU will answer the questions to the best of your ability, and YOU will pass your exams! I wish I could be there with you, Kind Regards, Heather.

The problem is that the exam conditions are so different from your usual learning environment that your brain can't think, let alone access memory. There are techniques to enable you to relax in exam conditions, this isn't something you need to suffer with. Send me a message if you are interested and i can go through it in more detail.
