Ive hung out with him a few times just recently i saw him and we talked for a bit and i think he knows i like him. I've known him for a few weeks, but anyway and our friends always make these awkward jokes around both of us (i mean sexual jokes). i really want him to make a move. how can i get him to ?  Minus a few details, the same exact situation happend to me in one of my classes last year. All the girls in the class would always ask me when i was going to ask her out, i mainly held off because i was nervious and wanted to get to know her better becasue my past few relationships didnt end well because we didnt have much in common. So thats it, he may be nervous or just want to get to know you a bit better and make sure things would last. If he doesnt ask you out after a month at the VERY VERY MOST i would talk to him about it or just do it yourself.
I just told you what happend from my point of view and from past expriences, so i hope it helped in some way.
