Medical ethics prevents doctors from discussing your consultation with anyone else. However, some may refuse to consult with you without parental consent depending on the rules and regulations in your State for age. Pick up the phone and call a few clinics for advice. You need to look around for family planning clinics in your area to identify where you could be prescribed the contraceptive pill at low or no cost.
Don't buy it off the internet because you do need a medical check-up before you take it and you cannot be sure it is not a fake (which could have dire consequences). Even if you don't tell your parents that you are on the pill, you need to tell someone close to you. If you ever had a medical crisis, it would be helpful for the clinician treating you to be aware of your contraceptive status.

Suggest it to regulate your monthly gift. I actually recommend just being upfront about it, but if you really want to keep it a secret, there are a lot of benefits to birth control besides just controlling birth. Perhaps you can get them on board with birth control without exposing the fact that you've had sex.
