 Hello, i wish i could but im shy too plus there allways seems to be a reason why i dont want to ask a girl out, eg. her friends and age etc. also i look 13 so i dont realy get noticed by girls my age :(

 It is sometimes hard to get over shyness, but I usually just remember that everyone has a little shyness when it comes to certain things. When it comes to members of the opposite sex, I think a lot of people (not just you) are self-conscious and feel a little awkward, especially when asking someone out for the first time. Just remember that we are all human. We are all a little nervous (even if we don't appear to be) when we were talking or asking someone out.
If you want to ask a girl out, just be yourself and ask her to do something low-key the first time. Girls like to feel relaxed too. They don't like to feel like they have to really work to impress a guy...they just want to be comfortable around him. Ask her to do something that that your peer group normally does. Here in the states it might be going to a movie or going to McDonald's for a burger and fries. It just depends on what you'd like to ask her to do. Just remember we are all human and we just want someone to be kind, caring, and respectful of us. That is exactly what girls want.
If you get rejected, just realize that that is one of the risks of asking someone out. Sometimes people are not ready to date or may have other reasons, but it likely does not have anything to do with you. Good luck!
