 I cant say i've done it myself but ive had conversations with men who have made girls do it and the general concensus from them is that when they feel their girl is about to come they stop wait a few seconds then go again. They repeat this a few times, not sure how many, i'd say at least 5, then on the last go they pound really hard and dont stop...
