Treat him how you would want to be treated, you cant force anyone to truly love you it will either grow or not.
But if he is happy in the relationship then he is more likley to stay arround.

Unfortunately, know in Nigeria where i am from as well,its still a bit starnge for women to ask men out, but try to be subtle in your approach so you dont come on too strong.
Ask him simple questions like do you have a girlfriend? what do you like in a woman? Do you think me and you will make a good couple?
If he is interested, he ll get the hint and take the Initiative, but if he doesnt, then i would rather be bold and ask him out because i will rather be turned down, than live in regret when i see him with another girl.
