I'm a double zero and have a 4 pack. My legs are longer and I have a short torso and I'm a 32 C. Guys always think I'm like chubby bc my legs are muscular but I'm actually pretty skinny. How could I dress so hide the fact that I have muscular legs?

Girl, based on your description your body looks fantastic. If anyone talks down on you for having muscle definition, squeeze their heads like a melon between your thighs. Look, I know that compared to all those skinny size zero models you feel like your legs look way too strong, but trust me, a few years from now you'll be rolling your eyes at yourself for thinking you should hide your body. Muscular legs are awesome. They are shapely and they age better than skinny legs.
As for tips, I can second the tailoring advice. Thanks to the recession, tailors have more work, as people would rather have their favorite clothes fixed than spend money on new stuff. So go see if you can find one in your area and ask whether they can help take in the waist on new pants you buy so they'll have room for your legs without falling off your butt. Also the skater dresses and skirts are a good tip. They show off your tiny waist and this helps make your legs look longer. Also skinny jeans and heels. I like wearing V neck trapeze dresses too. They're flowy and they give my body a nice silhouette. It's trickier to find them tho.
Anyway good luck and keep up the sports!

Call it ..bring back that sexy look!
I think you know all this already but you secretly want to be taller.
You just cant have it all.
You have way too many good physical attributes already.

You could choose wearing a skater skirt or pencil skirts which gives you a really sexy look cuz it wraps around your legs and butt haha XD Skinny jeans make you look tall and you could wear those sleeveless tops with a small collar, dont need to tuck that in! For shoes, you could wear sandals or a little heels to match the outfit :)
Tbh, do not take the guys seriously, ppl who past that kind of comments are just plain mean. Wear whatever you like and feel beautiful and in it :) hahah

Don't hide them - enjoy them!
Don't go for skinny jeans. (no one should)
I agree with bootcut jeans, yoga pants, leggings and knit-dresses and boots.
Don't tuck tops in, go for the little longer top - top should end at the hip bone ore a little longer. (like SVC said Tunics are great)In dresses - the empire style is better than one that defines your waist as it fool the eye into not seeing shorter torso, longer legs. Or you ca go with drop waist dress as well. TRY on clothes and try different styles.

Who cares if "guys" think you are chubby? If someone sees you and go: "OH you are chubby!" feel free to think: " OH you are an idiot!"

Your body type is NOT WEIRD!!! You have the body people envy! Trust me - next time the Summer or Winter Olympics are held, watch it in a sports bar with a group of people, and you'll hear admiration for athletic and muscular bodies over and over and over again.
I *can* tell you, without meeting you or seeing your picture, what I think you may be dealing with, especially if guys are calling you "chubby".
You should consider getting a professional makeover with clothing style and maybe hairstyle. You could be wearing clothes designed for UN-athletic people, which you have to because you're muscular, but clothing designers often assume that specific sizes mean that the space is for added weight. How can you tell them that you don't have a big belly to go WITH the big arms, or that you DON'T need the "slimming" pleats for your hips just because your legs are fine-tuned machines of peak fitness.
If you have some money, you should get a few things tailored for you, and get someone to help pick out more flattering things for you. That way, you'll be able to accommodate the muscle without having to endure brainless designers who think you need extra space *everywhere*, which is why people think you're "chubby". Your clothes are TOO BIG for you, except where the muscles are!
Athletic stores are good places to shop for casual stuff, but for the dressy stuff, it's not expensive to go to a department store, spend time with a professional with a good eye, and have the clothes you buy tailored. I bet you could even do it with some of the clothes you already have! I have some tailored clothes, and trust me - it's like NIGHT AND DAY!
I guarantee that if you do the wardrobe thing, people will be asking you if you've lost weight, and then you can get that smug look on your face when you tell them you've gained some muscle mass.
Whatever you do, DON'T get discouraged and stop working out! Your health is everything! Guard it fiercely. Guard it passionately. Your fitness, your regimen is your church and your inner cleanse. Never give it up for anything or anyone.
