 Plan sex with her and for a period of time mastubate about 30 minutes beforehand. Even if you have lost the urge, try having sex then and you may find it lasts longer. Eventually, as you get more experienced you will have more control.

Spend a few minutes a day, sitting down, lying down, standing up - doesn't matter, and just 'flex' your PC's. You do this by pretending you're holding in pee. When your girlfriend starts performing oral sex, make sure you are looking directly at Ethel's photo. Then, toss it aside when you think you've lasted long enough. (Caution: avoid photos from Ethel's early years - she was pretty hot.)
