Theres a few things you can do to calm yourself down.
Prepare yourself for the practical, make sure you are well prepared.
Get good sleep.
Take time out for yourself, take your mind away from the situation.
Stay positive and confident.
Good luck!

every time you start to feel nervous just concentrate on your breathing, in and out slowly and tilt your head forwards and then backwards with your mouth open. Try to avoid anyone who is nervous. It's totally normal to be anxious though, when people in my year were doing their junior cert practicals they were mostly calm going in and it was only after they came out afterwards that they started feeling nervous:P
Just try to relax and avert your thoughts from anything to do with the exam.
Good Luck
