writes: How do i get back communication with my man? We have been together 5 yrs up until a week ago. We are a long distance relationship but had always planned for him to move to where i'm located. Last week in anger i told him he i was setting him free because we had a fight. The next day i lied and told him that i'd been with someone the night i said that i had told him set him free, but right after i admited that i had lied and never was with anyone. All he says now is well you set me free and right now we're not together and i don't know what i want now. We are still talking through text messaging every day and when i don't talk he wants to know why and when i do he won't allow me to talk about what happened. Now i'm lost as to what to say to him anymore. I can't just talk about the weather all the time. He says he don't trust anything i say to him about how i'm sorry and how i need and want him and want us to get back together. What can we talk about so far apart while i'm trying to build my trust back with him?

Text messaging isn't the best way to sort this problem out. You would be better either meeting with him or talking to him on the phone. Why don't you send him a card with "I'm sorry" or "Please forgive me" on the front of it. Tell him in it how much he means to you and how you only said it out of anger and that you've always been faithful and always WILL be faithful to him. Let him know you feel miserable without him and all you want to do is hold him and tell him how much he means to you. You could also send a teddybear in a box with a teeshirt saying "I'm sorry on it." At least this way he can see by your ACTIONS that you are trying to make things up to him.
