Some examples:
Isn't it a good weather today?
That's nice jacket. where did you buy?
I left my watch at home. Do you know what time it's now?
I know a good restaurant nearby. Can we go together?
Always ask with the word WHEN,WHERE or WHAT. (as long it's a QUESTION). Because it make him to answer you back. Then that's the chance where you can start building up conversation.Got it? Slowly if interested, he/she becomes your Friend. Well,It takes time
Other tips: GREET people first before they do(Good morning,Lady). SHOW that U care for them during Thanks Giving & Christmas
