It's the first this has ever happened to me, I get nervous around him, it's like he intimidates me. I'm used to talking to guys. I used to work a freight company dealing with more than 100 drivers and I would go up to them and talk to them so easily. Some I even hung out with after work, so why is it with him I can't just be normal around him? It's not like I just met the guy, he was one of my childhood friends, also he was my first kiss. I used to have a crush on him when we were kids and last time I saw him we were 12 and 13. Years later we saw each other again... so it's like how can I be myself around him?

I think it's because of your history and he was your first kiss, it makes sense for any feelings from before are still there. You need to try and remember that regardless of the past you are meeting again now, try and talk to him like you've just met him.Try and ignore the past and make a friendship!Good luck!
