i agree. all you can really do is practice. maybe if you approach your teacher a couple of times you'll get used to him and feel less embarrassed.

All you need to focus on is that he is a teacher with a wife and kids, and you're a student. Also, speak to more guys your own age. I don't mean to date, but just so you get used to be around guys so you can understand us a bit more.
