 Oh hun you are to young to be worried about your relationship status. :] But if you really want to dive into a headache i'd give you this advice:
1. Manners; I am one girl who hates when someone burps or passes gas in public or around my family or friends. It makes me think he or she doesn't care or thinks to highly of themselves.
2. Be yourself; Don't do what the other guys you hang out with are doing just because you want to fit in; if you can't and don't want to skateboard don't skateboard, learn another sport for example. And be original! Don't be afraid to crack out a funny joke here and there. Almost all girls I know LOVE guys with a good humor.
3. Wear nice clothes; don't be afraid to dress up even if it's just out to the mall or to the park or even to school. Wearing nice appealing clean clothes is definitely a way to show a girl how mature and self aware you are.

Dont worry i used to be the same way. I used to be sooo scared to talk to boys, esp a boy i had a crush on. My first boyfriend that i got when i was 14, thought i was really shy, because i never talked and when i did i was so nervous that i probaly sounded stupid.
He dumped me lol.
But i promise youll grow out of it:)
Just try to be yourself.

there isnt a way to be more confident around girls to be honest with u...
some can say u just gta man up, but that wont help. sooo u just bluff ur way thru tbh. just make them think u dont care wat they think, just talk wen spoken to, or wen u have somethng to say. just let the girls take control, but not everything.

This may sound cliche, but be yourself. What that means is, don't try too hard. Don't try too hard to impress, to fit in, to please others. Be genuine and friendly. Take care of your looks to improve yourself, so you feel you look good. If you can excel in an area of something to help boost your confidence, that would be great too. It can be sports or academic-related, or any group activity, or talent (hek look at Napoleon Dynamite!). The idea is to build your confidence in one area of your life so it spills to another area in your life, and yes, girls take notice to that.
