i know how you feel, because i have moments in my life where i dont think im worth a damn, but then i stop and think about all of the positive things about me and it makes me feel a bit better. There is nothing worse than being unhappy and not being able to help yourself. Think about all of the people around you that love and care for you, because that has got to be a positive in your life hasn't it? It is little things like that, which people often take for granted, and they dont actually realise that they do have some special things in their lives.
I know that it isnt a lot, but i hope that i have helped.
Just think of all of the good in your life, and also, hang around with people who affirm you, and not people who make you feel down or insecure at all. That way, hopefully, your outlook on life will be more positive.

You are probably experiencing a depression disorder, as often many do in the early years after they are out into the world on their own. There is alot going on in this world at hand, and when we have problems of our own, it seems to culmulate [?] adding up to a heck of alot more than we can handle. I'm sure those around you are just concerned and want the best for you. See a clinical specialist and ask what may be good for you, and there are a heck of alot of good things for you, if you give them a try-out. No, don't be reckless, don't refuse the advice of the loved ones around you, and by all means, please see someone who maybe can get you on that right track again. You didn't say you were always unhappy, so add this all up and do something for yourself today, and let those around you know you care by taking care of yourself by accepting some help that can spure you on your way to a life that can be the total sum you deserve- HAPPY ! Totalsum, and may that which you preceive "Spirit" be with you !

hi, i used to feel just the same way at some poimt in my life. even contemplated suicide but realised that wasnt a way out. sometimes we just need to focus on the little things- lyk be glad you're alive and be thankful for the things you usualy take for granted such as food shelter and even the clothes on your back. take a shot at achieving your dreams... treasure the small wins and learn from the losses. most of all try to surround yourself with people who love you, who make you feel good about yourself. hope this helps.
