 i know how you feel and if you want to ask him out i will give you a few points you need to think over
1) get him alone around mates boys change
2) the outfit should be just right
3) flirt with him first flick your hair ask if he wants to meet up with you sometime dont make it sound like a date

 You have to take the initiative here and ask him if he fancies hanging it after school or does he want to go for a coke at the weekend, something like that. Keep it light and friendly. If he says no just say "okay, no big deal."
