 first of all beautiful girls intimidate men a hell of alot which explains why you dont get that much attention. as for girls that are "sexy or hot" well thers no real intimidation its like calling a girl easy to get to.

I just work on getting to be friendly with them first, seems to work better for me, than having a million guys thinking I'm beautiful and bothering me. Try to find somebody single you like and then work out how to attract him, rather than a dozen guy's that pass you by.

You find a guy you like, stare in his eyes for a while, then turn away, like as if your shy. I spent a week doing this, and it worked every time.. It's like the guys couldn't keep their eyes off me. I think that some woman know how to flirt, and shyness can scare boys away. Try it, just as an experiment, and see if it helps to get you noticed...
Confidence, personality, a sense of humour, interesting things to talk about, and a good dose of attitude.. these seem to make guys think you would be interesting to get to know...

As TeaCake rightly said its not all hunky dory for sexy girls.

So you already got the hard part out of the way, which is having a good body, looking naturally attractive, all that stuff. Now what really makes a girl sexy besides the way she looks is her personality. Be confident, and especially funny. Looks can only take you so far, eventually if i'm talking to a pretty but weird/boring girl there comes a time when no matter how cute she is, I don't want to keep listening to her crap.

 Because you are young it makes sense that you might think being hot is better than being naturally beautiful. The thing about the hot girls that men "want" is .... they want these girls usually just for sex and boosting their ego. From what I hear, hot girls get used for sex A LOT! Is that what you want? If you are beautiful you are a very fortunate woman so why not be happy with that?
Also, hot women get hit on 24/7 and it does get to be a problem because none of the men are interested in them as a woman.
You will find the right man for you eventually and it won't be because your hot, but it will be because its YOU!

 I cannot speak for other guys but for me what makes a woman "sexy" is more on how she acts than how she dresses. For example, I may see a very attractive woman but if she acts all reserved, not returning glances, not smiling, then I'll get the idea that she is not interested, which kind of kills the sexy factor. Also, confidence is a big thing too! There's one girl who I work with who is mediocre in the looks department but one day she was very confident in everything she did and was being very nice to everyone. She has never been "sexier" =PI'm not trying to say you have to be super confident and act like someone you're not, just don't be afraid to connect with people :)

reader, anonymous, writes (7 December 2008): I too have been classed as beautiful but never hot and sexy whereas my friend who is not as attractive is thought of as very sexy and hot. I think it has something to do with the way she moves her body and the self confidence shes oozes. She is also very comfortable with her body whereas I am not and am a bit prudish. High shoes and boots contibute to being 'sexy' but don't make yourself look like a tramp and wear clothes appropriate for your age group.

reader, anonymous, writes (7 December 2008): Well...it seems you have a lot going for you! Read the fashion magazines and especially to "tips" they give. look at the woman you think look sexy and ask yourself "what makes them sexy"
Be careful not to go to far though...You don't want to look trashy! Just experiment with different outfits that you feel comfortable in. I hope this will help...we all want to look sexy...at any age! And by the way, that's another thing be sure you dress age appropriate!
