i think there is more to the story than you are telling because it sounds so illogical that a 19 year old would be banned from seeing his gf. we're not nosey but if you have any thoughts on what caused the ban then we can offer better-tailored advice.
is it possible for him to remonstrate with his parents? if not, i can't see another way out, but it's a shit excuse to break up.
