 The amount of semen that comes out varies from time to time. If you really enjoyed it, then you will ejaculate more... in principle. If you ejaculated recently, then you won't ejaculate as much the next time, no matter how good it is. If you don't ejaculate for a few days, then you will ejaculate more, even if the stimulation is not that good.
I don't see any problems regarding him. I suspect that you feel you're not good enough for him when you perform fellatio. That's not the case.

 Yeah I'd say it's normal.
I find certain things make a difference, if I'm having sex a bunch of times throughout the day I usually last the longest the fist time. If he's been drinking or not that can affect how long he takes to finish too.
