 Talk to him about this. It sounds really weird. Talk to your bf about this, I mean. Twins are usually close, so chances are he knows his bro might have a crush on you. As to why he is giving you less attention? Yeah, you need to talk to him about that.

 do you say i love you to him? it might be to early for you to and maybe scaring him a little bit. maybe your guy is a little bit more shy then his brother. give him sometime, dont rush things, maybe try giving him a kiss on the cheeck to start, just take things slow. just breath it will come to play. try talking to him....
