writes: My boyfriend of 5 years went on another lads' holiday (he goes every year) and every year he'll call me once during the 2nd week but this year he hasnt called. He is due home in 2 days - my mates say he's probably just busy having fun but how long does it take to call? I need some real/hard hitting advice about why he hasn't called and what to do next.

Yes I agree with Anastasia. You need to speak to him when he returns home about why he didn't call. He could have just been busy and forgetten. If otherwise things are fine between you, I would speak to him about it, forget about it and then move forward with your relationship.
If you have just reason to be concerned about why he hasn't called, then again this is something you need to address upon his return. If he hasn't called and there are other inconsistencies in his behaviour then you will need to confront him for an honest talk.

 I think you should give the guy some slack. He does this every year and it is okay. so what if he has not called..you are still breathing aren't you? He is coming home in 2 days ..just ask how come he did not give you a buzz. He was probably having fun with his guys. Men need to have that time with their guys. I know it does not take a long time to call but he is on vacation. When he comes just casually ask why.
