This is simple, you will never stop loving someone if it is true love, this statement is harsh but true! I had a similar experience at your age, one of my best friends was my "crush" for over 3 years. I had to see him every day, go to school with him, hang out at weekends, talk to him on the phone and I had to watch him date all of these other girls and hang out with them too! It was incredibly hard and now over 10 years later I still think of him. The only difference is that I moved on. Accept you will never have his hear and find someone who truly cares for you. I have and now I am engaged! I couldnt be happier and i'm sure you can be happy too. Don't fool yourself though it will take time!

I have the same problem. Try being friends with the guy. For me, the more I like a guy as a friend, the less I think of them like that. However, you may get lucky. For now, try to shake off your thoughts so that you don't end up hurting yourself. Most relationships come from people that were already friends before gf/bf.
Good luck!!
