 Will you be ruined? Not in the least. If a vagina can survive a baby, it can survive a big cock.
Sex without it being painful? Go slowly and make sure you're highly aroused. It won't be easy, but once you get used to it things should go fine. Just take it slow. Getting it in initially might be difficult, but once in you should adjust.
