So why did my Boyfriend ask her to come along for our regular Friday night out? Ok I am no oil painting. But she is like a big farmer. And I feel sure that they have known each other for a few years. I think they are platonic friends. But who knows? I am miffed about his decision. So how should I handle my feelings about this? Reply to this Question Share |

I see nothing to be worried about here. Sounds like you get on with her and think she's nice, maybe he just wanted you to have a girly friend to join you.
If you want this to just be the two of you as a sort of date night then just tell him that. But surely having a friend join you is no big deal, who knows OP it may even be great craic to have her there. She may be a lot of fun on a night out.
Try and stay open minded and see how it goes.
