I am a sophomore in high school now, and i met this really great guy who is in a ton of my classes and is hilarious and cool. The problem? He's a transgender! He was born into a girl's body, but he dresses and thinks like a boy, and his parents explained so to me. I imagine him as almost like the character "Adam" from the t.v show Degrassi. i like him, but it would be very awkward being with a girl, despite him really being a guy. Im so confused!! Sometimes the labels of "straight" "gay" and "bi" get in the way, here is a good example of that.
I feel like as long as you are attracted to him then awesome, go for it! Hopefully he likes you back.
Don't let the confusion of genders get in the way, everyone deserves to be liked and loved. :)
