TYPICALLY when a guy is bigger in build and has big hands, feet, etc...his penis is MORE LIKELY to be a fair size, but there is no actual relation of penis size to body size. many larger built men do in fact have small penises, and smaller guys can have larger ones. as well, your boyfriend could quite possibly get larder with age.

Sadly, speaking as a 300 pounder, there's just not that much connection between size, height and penis size. Whether he lets on or not he is self conscious about it which means that he is likely to treat you better in bed and out of it. If he is 18 then it isn't going to get any bigger however the good news is that he can train up and develop the muscles in his tongue.
