 Have you read about the 13 year old boy who just became a father? It is certainly possible, so get yourself down to the clinic soon as to be sure, and see if you're past the date to get the morning after pill. I won't reiterate what the others have said about you both being far too young and the importance of safe sex, but please be more careful next time.

A woman can become pregnant even if a male does not enter the vagina. The contact of male sperm to female genitals is enough. There is a small amount of sperm at the end of the penis even before sex...Orgasms also increase the possibility of being fertilized by a male's sperm.
It doesn't matter if it was his first time or yours or if he orgasmed or you did...you can get pregnant. Because he was able to achieve an erection it is possible for you to be pregnant (hair or no hair).
If you are concerned get a pregnancy test. From now on, no matter what always use a condom. If you don't have one or he doesn't have one then you should never have sex unless you are ready to deal with the consequences of a pregnancy, which I doubt you are at only 14.
Again, I must say that you are too young for sex. Please wait a few years.
